I stopped by this location on Monday inquiring about upgrading my way outdated phones (and plan apparently) and adding an additional line for my daughter's birthday. Chris took his time to go over different options I had and explained different promotions available. I told him I'd return Wednesday afternoon (my daughters birthday) to upgrade and purchase another phone... which I'm sure they hear all the time... Today (Wednesday) my husband, daughter and myself walked into the store and were greeted by both Chris and Omar saying happy birthday to my daughter and gifting her an awesome uscellular hat! They helped us flawlessly thru the entire process from start to finish, transferred all my info, applied screen protectors, and most importantly... kept a smile on not only my daughter's face, but my husband's as well! We had the BEST experience ever with Omar and Chris! We have been thinking about changing carriers and we certainly made the right decision by going to this US Cellular store and having Omar and Chris take care of us! They were so nice, extremely helpful and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were SO patient, very respectful and polite. They answered all our questions and assisted us in every way. They helped us transfer from our old carrier to US Cellular, set up our new account with US Cellular and had all our phones set up perfectly before we left.
